Q: what can i do for my baby to have a good night sleep?

The mistake I made was letting my LO fall asleep feeding so often. I used yo be so tired in the first 3 months that I would be happy when he was asleep. Now almost 5 months in and he couldnt sleep without me or go back to sleep in the middle of the night without feeding. I woukd suggest making sure you do a routine so they know what to expect, feed them (make sure they didnt fall asleep) then I snuggle and put my LO down. The first little bit he cried because it was a new experience to fall asleep without me but he did it and now he sleeps longer and more peacefully.
It honestly depends on the baby. Some find a good routine of bath and snack then snuggles and bed, others are more flexable in what they need to fall asleep. It will also change over time as well. Find something that feels good and comfortable to you and go from there. If you're looking for the magic key to getting your child to sleep through the night, let me know if you find it! Unfortunately every baby is different and they will sleep through the night- eventually!!!
